These publications are termed as either a 'Report' or 'Plans' or both 'Report & Plans'. A 'Report' contains detailed information about the subject in question whereas 'Plans' contain circuit diagrams and/or assembly instructions on how to build a particular project. Some publications contain both types of information. Just look at the report 's title and description to determine what the nature of it's contents will be.
