1209 - ±40V, 8A Dual Polarity Power Supply

This dual polarity power supply is ideal for audio power amplifiers like out kit 1199. It has four large 4700uF/63V capacitors for a clean and stable output. Onboard fuse protection is provided.

If the amplifier is used alone for a MONO system, a 2 x 28V/4A transformer is sufficient (not supplied). If you plan to use a STEREO amplifier setup then the transformer must have an 8A minimum rating. The transformer is not supplied as part of this kit and must be purchased separately.

Kit includes all board mounted components and solder for assembly.
