CEC009 - 14 Personalised LCD Display (16x2)

15 message, programmable LCD display, with 2 lines of 16 characters. One default message and up to 14 other messages are programmable using the separate Windows software application (Order Code CEC010) and an EPROM programmer (not included).

Any of the 14 remaining programmed messages can be displayed by activating their respective inputs.

Functions include:

• Default message - displayed when none of the 14 user-recordable messages are selected
• hierarchical display - when several messages are selected at the same time the most important message is displaced
• external message activation using any 'make' contact e.g. switches, relays, open collector outputs or simply push buttons
• single or dual line messages
• Character set includes lower and uppercase letters, 0-9, !"#$%&'()*+,-./:;<=>?@[]_{}¥|^`’

The module includes protection against inverse polarity.
