Hexapod Monster Robot Kit

Hexapod Monster is a 6-legged, obstacle-avoiding robot that uses an infra-red emitting diode as its eyes. When it detects an obstacle it turns left and moves forward again if there is no shade in front of the sensor.

2 sets of gear motors provide motion for the 6 legs, powered by 2 AA cells. A PP3 battery powers the electronics. Batteries are not included. Supplied with instructions and all parts.

Great for children aged 14 years plus. Some soldering is required (our Order Code SOL939 makes an ideal addition if you require a basic soldering set).
