As you browse through our online catalogue you simply
select the items you require by clicking on the 'BUY' buttons. Each time you add an item you will be taken to
your personal
Shopping Cart page (or trolley as we like to call them in the UK).
This will display all of the items you have chosen so far. Please note that
prices shown here do NOT include 17.5% VAT (UK sales tax). This will be added
to all orders for shipment to UK and EU destinations at the confirm and submit
order stage. You can view the contents of your cart at anytime by clicking the
'View Cart' button near the top of the
left-hand column that appears in all of our web pages.
Within the Shopping Cart page you can change the quantity ordered
or delete items as required. There are also three hyperlinks at the bottom
of the page:
Use 'RECALCULATE' when you increase or
decrease the quantity of a product ordered. This will recalculate the Extended
price column.
Choose 'CONTINUE SHOPPING' to continue browsing
the catalogue and adding more items as desired.
Once you have finished shopping you must choose the appropriate Postage
option from the drop down menu (under TOTAL). Note that applicable
taxes have been calculated based on your shipping location. 17.5% VAT (UK
sales tax) is added to all orders for EU destinations (you may find that
there is a VAT rounding up/down difference of one pence to the total
amount). The Total amount chargeable to your card is shown in British Pounds
Sterling. You can also add any special instructions in the box provided.
Now click the 'GO TO PAYMENTS'
button. You will be taken to the page where you must must provide the
correct registered card holders name and address in the "Billing information"
section otherwise the transaction will be declined or delayed. You can enter
a different address for delivery in the "Shipping address (if different)"
section (we reserve the right to refuse an order if we consider it to be an
unacceptable security risk). Make sure both boxes have a tick in them and
press the "CONTINUE" button.
Select the top "CONTINUE" button to make the
payment by card or the bottom "CONTINUE" button
to make the payment by PayPal.
If paying by card, you will be taken to the the Protx Secure Server form where you fill
in your card details. Press the 'Proceed' button to initiate card
payment authorisation and complete your order.
PLEASE NOTE: A full security check is performed
on ALL internet orders before the goods are despatched. You must only provide
the registered card holders address for delivery otherwise the transaction will
later be declined or delayed. Incorrect cardholder names and cardholder addresses
will delay the despatch of your goods. Remember, these checks help to protect
both you and us from improper card use.
