ABC is an acronym for AVR Basic Controller. Most instructions are single cycle, giving up to 8 million instructions per second on the ABC Boards. When you buy the ABC 'Starter Pack' you will receive the microcontroller board, programming cables and full software. The ABC Atmel AVR Mini Board (aka Hotchip) can be expanded into a very flexible development and training system using various Add-on Boards.
