ABC Atmel AVR Mini Board Quad N-Ch. MOSFET Module

The ABC Atmel AVR Mini Board can be expanded into a very flexible development and training system using various add-on boards available. All of the ABC add-on boards are designed to be connected with the ABC Atmel AVR Mini Board via the Hotchip Motherboard Module.

This pre-assembled module has four MTP3055VL MOSFETs with the following characteristics:

• Logic level drive - TTL-compatible
• Rds (on)  0.18 ohm
• Id (cont)  12A
• Vds  60

Each is configured as open-drain sink drive zener-clamped to limit drain voltage excursions to 33.5V to protect them against induced back EMF when used with inductive loads.  The devices will comfortable handle a continuous current of approximately 2.5A with no additional heatsink.
