3173 - Serial Input RF Computer Data Link Transmitter

3173 is a uni-directional Serial Input RF Computer Data Link Transmitter can receive up to 64 characters via its serial port input and transmit the message by RF.

Can be received by our optional Serial Output RF Data Link Receiver (Order Code 3174) or Parallel Output RF Data Link Receiver (Order Code 3176).

The serial port baud rate is selectable from 300, 1200, 2400 and 9600. The data format is fixed at 8N1 (8 data bits, no parity, 1 stop bit).

Two input modes are available as well as input echo if required. An optional destination address can be automatically inserted into the message before transmitting.

Can be used with our Computer Temperature Data Logger (order Code 3145).
