3121 - ATMEL 89Cx051 Programmer

Simple-to-use, low cost yet powerful programmer for ATMEL 89Cx051 microcontrollers. It will Program, Read and Verify Code Data, Write Lock Bits, Erase and Blank Check. All fuse and lock bits are programmable.

Programmer has intelligent onboard firmware and connects to the serial port. It can be used with ANY type of computer and requires no special software. All that is needed is a terminal/communications program that all computers have. 2 LED's are used to indicate programmers status.

Software

Programmer does NOT require special software other than a terminal emulator program (built into Windows as Terminal or HyperTerminal) and can be used with ANY computer and ANY operating system. Or use our free Terminal program

  - 16-18Vdc (Order Code PSU120 or PSU020)
